my body is A C H I N G
had fitness training today in school. not really wan my life. but very tired lea. b4 training rush to sch to meet grala. she asked me to acc her to play pool. she hurried me. hao xin de wo, take cab and rush down. piang. she was playing with someone else. 3.50 lea. haha. ok lar. in the end, she let me had her turn. our last game only ended for 5mins. fast rite? haha. while playing pool, was raining cats and dogs outside. we were just hoping for weizhen call. why? cos her call may bring us good new which is [training is cancel] but to our dismay, training still carry on.
ran 10 rounds in the sch. shiok lar. not really that tired. funny lea. sometimes run, want my life. today run like nothing lidat. anyway, back to the topic. do circuit training today. we had to sprint 4 times along the classroom corridor for 6 sets. overall is 24 times. alot hoh?
secondly, we need to some sit ups with medicine ball weighing 2kg. we had to do 45 sit ups.
thirdly, we need to do some skipping. 100 skipping double leg. 100 skipping running type. thats is chicken feet lar. easy.
fourthly,[got this word meh? haha] we do dips. thats make my arm hurt! same. had to do 45times.
fifthly, jumping over the 15cones. we had to do 10 times for each sets. total we had 3 sets. my leg are aching.
last of our circuit, we need to do 400 chest passes with medicine ball weighing 5kg. easy lar.
well well well, training had not ended. next, we headed to gym. do some weights. these had make my arms hurts. really hurt. shall not elaborate what we did lar. while doing with my group who are grala, kai hui and xue li, i trip over a thing. and i landed on my right knee. gosh. my knee went NUMB. its really hard. now its swollen and blue black. hais. alwaes have injuries.
before our training end, did some endurance. we had to support our weight using our arm. disadvantage to those weighing over 50kg which is me. haha. ended off with our training with joging in the school for 7 rounds. quite shiok. wanted to run more but today got training again. in the morning gona meet chewy for swimming. aftnn, training again. gotta change my lifestyle then. if i carry on with my old lifestyle which is alwaes eat and eat and eat during nite time, esp midnite, my dreams will never came true. so gotta change.
shall slp soon. have to wake up early in the morning. tired. alrite bah. go0d nite~
